About
Kym Lenoble - Consultant and Founder
I am a media, communications, and arts professional with over two decades of experience. My career began in the vibrant underground clubs of Sydney, where I promoted and created sub-cultural scenes. Over time, I built an impressive events portfolio, which eventually led me to London to work in production for four years. Returning to Sydney, I transitioned into the marketing, sponsorship, and events side of festivals, proudly launching the award-winning MCA ARTBAR.
As a freelancer, I leveraged my large-scale programming, marketing, and production skills into more government-focused work, expanding my portfolio across NSW. In 2019, I took a bold step and moved to one of Australia's most remote regions to refine my media, publicity, and local government skills. The experience was a culture shock, filled with political tension and cultural divides, but it taught me invaluable lessons.
Now, I'm eager to use what I've learned to help grow other ideas and organisations No idea is too crazy or too complicated to achieve—trust me, I know.
I look forward to hearing your ideas, assisting with your projects and teams, and workshopping your adventures to bring your concepts to life.*
*Life update. I am currently taking on an undergraduate degree in creative and professional writing to enhance my offerings. Watch this space for further developments.
